Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you took possession of the last of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this you may use the model withdrawal form below or the online form, which is however not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier point in time.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Liviano GmbH, Gneisenaustraße 9, 33330 Gütersloh) without delay and in any event at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. large-format panels / freight goods), you bear the return shipping costs in full in accordance with the rates of the respective transport or freight company.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist, or expires prematurely, in the case of contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This concerns in particular individually cut panels (cut-to-size service): once cutting has begun, withdrawal, return and refund are excluded.
